Core Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business, or related field
• 3+ years of progressive HR leadership experience within manufacturing environments
• Experience supporting unionized workforces and administering collective bargaining agreements

Preferred Requirements:

• MBA or advanced degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• PHR/SPHR certification preferred
