ABOUT HEY CONCRETE
Hey Concrete (Wabi Sabi Surfaces Pvt. Ltd.) is a design-led UHPC and concrete surfaces brand based in
Udaipur. We make wall panels, breeze blocks, floors, and large-format concrete surfaces that show up in
some of India’s most thoughtfully designed homes, hotels, restaurants, and offices.
We are building India’s first premium concrete category brand. The team is young, ambitious, and
obsessive about material, craft, and aesthetic. If you want to do work that lives in the real world — on real

We are hiring an HR Manager to own the people function at Hey Concrete. You will report directly to the
CEO and Co-Founder, and you will partner with senior leaders across BD, Production, R&D, and
Finance.
The brief is sharp: clean up the recruitment engine, build a strong campus pipeline, and own culture and
