As Human Resources Manager , you will be responsible for all human resource initiatives and programs across the organization; directly contributing to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with all employees, Enterprise-wide Corporate Service Units HR, President and COO, as well as relevant external stakeholders to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.
The Human Resources Manager requires a people- and quality-oriented outlook in fulfilling the mandate of the role, and HR as a whole, where relationship-building, communication skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities are crucial.
