Are you an experienced Senior HR Generalist who can wear many hats to provide a high level of customer service to employees and management? If yes, we want to meet you! We are a very busy and engaging HR department looking for an HR Manager to join our small but mighty team of four. The HR Manager’s main responsibilities include being a SME for HR related competencies such as Employee Relations including investigations, FMLA/ADA, WC/OSHA, and health/wellness benefits to promote a culture of employee inclusion, high morale, and to support our company Mission, Vision, Values and Brand Promises. Confidentiality and ability to build trust is critical! Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a servant leadership mentality is required. This is a FT on the campus (no remote days) position, on the beautiful PGA National property in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.
