Responsible for the management and administration of the Personnel/Human Resources Department supporting the Ogden Plant reporting directly to the Structurals Ogden GM. The objective of this role is to maximize cost effective utilization of division human resources to protect company assets by minimizing potential financial liabilities resulting from legal contingencies through driving the employee full lifecycle experience (staffing, on-boarding, performance management , training, compensation, etc), Medical, Employee Relations, Benefits Administration, Federal and State Law Compliance, Records Retention, and Community Relations.
