What's the job?

As Human Resources Manager you will be responsible for supervising the Human Resources team, ensuring the service is on point and solving any issue reported by the team.

You will report to the Cluster Director of People & Culture.

Your day-to-day:

• Collaborates with senior leadership to understand the organization's goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, selection, talent development, learning, health and safety, people operations and labor relations.
• Implement and oversees the administration of human resources programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits payroll, unions procedures, negotiation & mediation (SMAC), people operations, and leaves; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
