Job Description
Our client is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead a team responsible for the day-to-day delivery of HR operations, services, and business partner support across the employee lifecycle.
Reporting to the Vice President of People and Culture, the HR Manager will provide senior-level HR business partner support to leaders in areas such as employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, and organizational and team effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Vice President of People and Culture, the HR Manager will provide senior-level HR business partner support to leaders in areas such as employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, and organizational and team effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Support managers and employees in resolving workplace issues, including conflict resolution and progressive discipline
- Interpret HR policies and the employee handbook in compliance with Alberta Employment Standards and applicable legislation, and recommend policy updates and improvements
- Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle processes
- Mentor and support the HR Coordinator
- Review HR metrics and provide oversight to payroll processes
