Job Description
TransCold Distribution is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager focused on shaping culture and employee relations within our U.S. operations. This is a permanent, full-time, on-site role requiring a proactive approach to HR.
In this role, you will partner closely with senior leadership to drive HR strategies that align with business objectives. You'll manage various HR functions including recruitment, performance management, payroll, and compliance with WA and OR laws. You must be ready to influence positive change while supporting our team through every HR challenge.
