The Human Resources Management (Recruitment) personnel is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure the timely fulfillment of clients' manpower requirements. This includes sourcing candidates through various recruitment channels, conducting initial interviews and applicant assessments, coordinating interview schedules, processing pre-employment requirements, and endorsing qualified candidates for deployment. The role also involves maintaining accurate recruitment records, preparing recruitment reports, building talent pipelines, and collaborating with clients and internal departments to achieve hiring targets. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced manpower and recruitment environment.



Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related course.
