Job Description
Human Resources Lead The Human Resources Lead is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing all human resources functions for Empowered Futures. This role ensures that the organization attracts, develops, and retains a high‑performing workforce while fostering an inclusive, compliant, and mission‑driven culture. The Human Resources Lead serves as a strategic partner to leadership, providing guidance on talent management, employee relations, organizational development, and compliance with employment laws and best practices.
Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Coordinate the full hiring process, including job postings, interviews, background checks, and offer letters.
Design and facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
Maintain accurate personnel records and employment documentation.
