British American Tobacco México has an exciting opportunity for an Human Resources Intern in Monterrey. Your key responsibilities will include: Intern management for onboarding and offboarding, interns agenda, general support and follow-up. Support the deployment of the People Agenda and other initiatives for the departments. Management of the departments' communications channels. Control and audit employee files and records. Support various employee life cycle activities. What are we looking for? Currently enrolled in a degree program in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or a related field, with a projected graduation date of mid-2027 or later. Not planning to participate in an exchange program within the next year. Available to work 30 hours per week, with flexible scheduling to accommodate academic workload.
