Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide support in HR case handling and service delivery.
- Assist in routing employee requests to the appropriate HRSSC teams.
- Learn and use HR systems such as Sonnet and ServiceNow .
- Support during peak workload periods and during the stabilization phase of the HR Shared Services Center.
- Improve and update work instructions.
- Follow up on document improvements and format standardization.
- Support employees with HR inquiries.
- Active student in Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Psychology, or related HR fields.
- Previous experience in HR areas (preferred).
- English proficiency required.
- Effective communication, problem solving, process orientation, and teamwork.
- Interest in learning administrative and HR process workflows. ...
