Responsibilities

• Communicate and coordinate LS HR initiatives and activities with stakeholders at all levels and countries.
• Collaborate with both Local and Global HR teams to understand and implement process or policy changes, and develop and update detailed documentation.
• Conduct data validation activities with HR stakeholders to ensure accurate and clean data entry.
• Perform regular quality assurance checks on the system and make recommendations to improve.
• Contribute to HR projects that improve operational efficiency and enhance the employee experience, analyzing trends and metrics in partnership with HR peers to develop solutions, programs, and policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of work experience in a fast‑paced and changing environment, preferably within a global organization.
