Key Responsibilities
- Employee Engagement & Disciplinary Oversight:
Serve as the go-to person for employee concerns, ensuring fair and timely resolution of workplace issues. Implement disciplinary measures in alignment with labor law and company guidelines.
- Attendance & Timekeeping Monitoring:
Oversee attendance tracking and timekeeping tools. Address inconsistencies and ensure data is accurate for payroll processing.
