We’re partnering with a well-established electrical contractor in the western Greater Toronto Area to recruit an HR Generalist .
This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional with 3–5 years of progressive HR experience who enjoys working in a hands‑on environment supporting skilled trades, project managers, and technical professionals.
Working alongside an experienced fractional HR Director, you’ll play a key role in delivering practical, people‑focused HR support across a growing organization of approximately 120 employees. You’ll gain exposure to all facets of human resources while helping to strengthen HR practices as the company continues to grow.
