Hiring and Onboarding
- Draft employment contracts
- Register new employees in systems
- Coordinate delivery of work equipment and tools
Incident Control
- Monitor and control vacations, sick leave, permits, absences, and deductions
- Handle termination processes and deregistration in internal systems
- Conduct exit interviews
Employee Counseling and Development
- Assist managers with staff counseling and development
- Provide assistance with corrective action program
Benefits Administration
- Administer major, minor, and life medical insurance policies under direction of Corporate Benefits Team
- Annual renewal with providers and follow-up on claims and employee inquiries
