Human Resources Generalist
3 Month Contract | Potential for Direct Hire
Location: Kitchener, ON
Schedule: Monday to Friday, roughly 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (some flexibility may be possible)
Work Arrangement: 100% on-site
Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 annually
Start Date: ASAP
We are currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support a manufacturing environment on a contract basis , with the potential to be considered for a permanent opportunity.
This is a hands‑on HR role supporting a busy, fast‑paced site. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing day‑to‑day HR administration, employee support, recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, reporting, training coordination, and general HR programs.
