Job Description
The Roma Fence Group of Companies is currently seeking a Human Resources Generalist for an 18 month contract position to cover a leave.
The Human Resources Generalist will carry out responsibilities in the following functional areas: Employee Relations, Recruitment & Selection, On-boarding, Healthy & Safety, Payroll, Benefits Administration, and Training.
As the Human Resources Generalist, you will be responsible to:
- Partner with management and employees to communicate Human Resources policies, procedures, legislations and regulations.
- Respond to employee relation issues.
- Partner with management in full cycle recruitment & selection initiatives.
- Handle employee orientation program.
- Process payrolls for hourly and salaried employees.
- Administer company group benefits program.
- Participate in all the health & safety initiatives including WSIB claims management and WSIB Excellence Program.
