Job Description

Join BDO as a Human Resources Generalist, dedicated to enhancing the talent experience in Canada's National Tax service line. This 12-month contract focuses on employee relations and leadership engagement.
As an integral part of BDO's HR team, you will advise front-line leaders and employees on various talent-related matters. You'll work closely with HR Centers of Expertise, helping to implement the National Talent Strategy while driving engagement and inclusion initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
