Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee records, and offboarding.
- Prepare and maintain employment contracts, work pass applications, and HR documentation.
- Liaise with government agencies, including the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), when required.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and company policies.
- Maintain personnel files and HR databases.
- Coordinate staff training, performance appraisal, and employee engagement activities.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide HR administrative support.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by management.
- Working hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
