RIMAP Hospitality Services is an innovative Montreal-based hotel management company founded in 2007. RIMAP has quickly established itself as Montreal's largest hotel operator, currently managing five internationally recognized brand hotels under the Marriott, Hilton, and IHG banners, while expanding its portfolio in downtown Ottawa.
The hotels managed by RIMAP dominate the Montreal downtown skyline, including Moxy Marriott, Hôtel HONEYROSE Montréal, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, Hilton Garden Inn, Courtyard Marriott, Holiday Inn & Suites, and AC Marriott Montréal.
Role
The Human Resources Director is responsible for achieving the hotel's administrative and HR objectives through daily interactions and communications with administration and hotel employees. The Human Resources Director assists the General Manager in administrative functions and hotel human resources management while adhering to standards set by RIMAP Hospitality Services.
