Full-time HR Strategy & Management

The HR Director plays a key role as a developer of structures and practices and as a promoter of the employer brand. The HR Director leads the municipality’s HR services within the shared services sector, supports and guides managers and staff in HR matters, and provides HR services in collaboration with other sectors. The HR Director is responsible for the comprehensive operation and development of the service group and supports sector and service group managers and reports to the Director of Administration as a member of the municipal management team.
