Job Scope
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning activities.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- Support compensation, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Drive organizational change and continuous improvement of HR processes and programs.
