An exciting opportunity exists with our global mining client for an experienced Human Resources Development Coordinator based in Limpopo . The successful candidate will be responsible for the governance of Mining Technical Training for Mechanized Mining, the development and implementation of policies, standards, and procedures, and oversight of technical training knowledge and needs analysis between HRD and operations. The role involves collaboration with trainers and training centres as a key technical specialist. Minimum Requirements NQF 5 or Higher Diploma in HRD or equivalent. Technical Qualifications: Mine Overseer certificate. Assessor/Moderator/Lead Auditor Certificate will be advantageous. 5 years HRD experience, of which two years in a specialist Mechanized Mining HRD role / middle management level.
