Position: Human Resources Specialist

Work Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Salary Range: Php40,000
Work Setup: Onsite
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- With 5 years of experience as a Senior HR Generalist
- Willing to work in Pasig City
- Willing to attend face-to-face interviews
- Can start as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
- Liaise with the company’s partner HR firm and external service providers
- Work closely with hiring managers to support recruitment efforts and workforce planning
- Address employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinary cases
