Job Description
I’m currently partnering with a leading, fast-growing professional services firm to hire a Human Resources Coordinator to join their team in Toronto.

What you’ll be doing
- Support full-cycle recruitment and onboarding (screening, scheduling, documentation, references
- Assist with benefits administration (enrollment, eligibility tracking, coordination with providers
- Maintain and update HR documentation and HRIS systems
- Draft HR-related documents (offer letters, compensation letters, reports, etc.
- Support payroll-related processes and employee data management
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and events
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Legal Support teams
