This role provides tailored HR support to clients regarding daily administration and/or strategic support of the HR function to include several or all of the following:
Strategic Partnering: Support the members of senior leadership in identifying organizational capability needs and implementing strategic workforce planning and people solutions.
Organizational Planning and Consultation: Provide strategic advice to the senior leadership team to ensure people's impacts on business decisions are understood and factored in decision-making. Develop, implement, and evaluate human capital and organizational development goals, programs, and strategies.
