The Human Resources Business Partner will own the employee lifecycle for our global team, primarilylocatedin South Africa and the United States. This role spans overseeing recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, policy administration, andpeopleoperations. You will partner with external legal and HR advisors to ensure compliance and upskill while serving as a trusted advisor to managers and employees.
