As an HR Business Partner, you’ll support a portfolio of divisional business units within our LTS group, providing expert guidance on a wide range of human resources matters. You’ll collaborate closely with leaders and HR colleagues to implement enterprise-wide initiatives, resolve employee relations issues, and support talent strategies that align with business goals.
