About the Role
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) partners closely with business leaders to align people strategies with business objectives. The role serves as a trusted advisor to management on all human resource matters while supporting the development of a high-performing, engaged and capable workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to understand business strategies, operational challenges and workforce needs, translating them into effective HR initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with leaders and employees, providing strategic and operational HR support across the employee lifecycle.
- Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance management, talent development, workforce planning and organisational effectiveness.
