About the Role
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a trusted advisor to business leaders, partnering with them to align people strategies with organizational goals. The role is responsible for driving talent initiatives, employee engagement, workforce planning, performance management, organizational effectiveness, and change management while ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
Experience
- 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in an HR Business Partner or strategic HR role.
- Experience supporting leaders and employee populations in a fast-paced, matrixed, or shared services environment.
