Job Description
A hands‑on, people‑first Human Resources Business Partner to support our main manufacturing facility and help shape the future of HR at All Weather.
What You’ll Do
- Support the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration of various programs
- Serve as the dedicated HR partner for our manufacturing facility, coaching managers/supervisors and supporting employees at every level
- Lead investigations, accommodation discussions, conflict resolution, and performance‑related matters with professionalism and fairness
- Advise leaders on employment legislation, policy interpretation, and HR best practices ensuring standardized processes are followed and managers are coached through the experience
