Responsibilities

  • Managing procedure implemented well in Interior team
  • Working with stake holder
  • Handling conflict at Interior team
  • Detect and problem solver for issues related HR matters
  • Detect training needs & conduct training as well


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or equivalent related education/qualification
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in human resources generalist/HRBP from Furniture/interior industry will be advantages
  • Able in partnering or collaboration with stake holder
  • Experience in hiring proses, training, comben, manpower planning
  • Experience as Retail business process
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Good team player, Strong interpersonal, presentation, and influencing skills, self-motivated, and able to work independently
