Job Description
Background:
Under the overall supervision of Chief, Fund Administration Unit, and in co-ordination with the Department of Human Resources in the Secretariat, the incumbent manages human resources administration, recruitment and training-related matters to all mission members (approx. 50 staff).
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Human resources administration:
Advises mission members and interprets the OSCE Staff Regulations and Rules and ensures their correct and consistent application;
Supervises Administrative Assistant and Archives/Records Assistant;
Supervises IRMA HR data entry, administration of contracts, including Special Service Agreements (SSAs), maintenance of leave and overtime records as well as personnel files;
Ensures new employees are briefed on terms and conditions of appointment;
