About The Role
The Human Resources (HR) Assistant reports to the General Manager and/or designate and performs Human Resources related functions which promote a high standard of customer service and professionalism at the community. The HR Assistant is responsible for maintaining personnel files, attending employee HR meetings, providing clerical support and other administrative tasks.
