What you'll be doing
- Update and maintain employee records, databases, and HR trackers
- Validate employee information and follow up on missing or incomplete documents
- Organize, file, and maintain HR documents and employee records
- Receive and monitor employee inquiries and document requests through HR communication channels
- Prepare, organize, and distribute HR notices and communications
- Maintain trackers for employee requests, notices, and other HR transactions
- Coordinate with employees and internal departments to complete HR administrative requirements
