What you'll do You'll be part of a real HR team — supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement and employer branding.
You'll work with people constantly: candidates, employees, and internal stakeholders.
You'll use tools, follow processes, and be expected to figure out basic things on your own before escalating.

You take feedback without getting defensive, and you follow systems — even when shortcuts are tempting.
Digitally functional.
You can navigate a portal, fill out a form, and figure out a new tool without a step-by-step walkthrough...
