Advisor, HR Analytics
Location: Toronto – Temporary 12 months
Salary Range: $71,400.00 – $92,400.00 per year
Job Function
Support operational reporting, collaborate with peers and the team lead to develop dashboards and data visualizations. Help uncover analytical insights that inform a wide range of HR programs and workforce planning initiatives. Work with large and complex workforce datasets, translate business requirements into actionable insights, and support the delivery of strategic analytics solutions. Work closely with HR COEs and business leaders in total rewards, workforce planning, talent management, diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), and organizational effectiveness.
