Job Description

+ Lead complex employee relations matters with professionalism, impartiality, and confidentiality.
+ Conduct thorough workplace investigations involving harassment, discrimination, retaliation, policy violations, performance concerns, and other employee complaints.
+ Interview employees, gather evidence, analyze facts, and prepare clear, well-documented investigation findings and recommendations.
+ Advise managers on performance management, corrective action, conflict resolution, organizational changes, and terminations.
+ Analyze HR metrics including turnover, retention, employee engagement, investigations, performance, and other workforce trends.
+ Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations that provide meaningful insights to HR and business leaders.
