As part of the Human Resources team, the HR Advisor will provide expert advice and guidance on matters pertaining to employee relations; performance management; talent acquisition; talent development; labour relations; and policy, legislation, and CBA compliance – helping to foster a positive, productive, and inclusive work environment.
