: Serve as one of the first points of contact for HR matters in Singapore, supporting approximately 350 employees. Work pass management
: Able to handle all work pass matters independently in house. Operational HR support
: Ensure HR services are delivered effectively and efficiently to the Singapore business. Employment documentation
: Draft contracts, amendment letters, termination letters, probation letters, and reference letters — requiring strong writing skills and a genuine interest in detail-oriented work. Process excellence
