JOB SUMMARY:
The Human Resources Administrator is responsible for supporting end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, and payroll coordination. This role ensures smooth implementation of HR processes and compliance with company policies while enhancing employee experience.
Responsibilities
Recruiting, Onboarding
Facilitate end-to-end onboarding processes, including employee record creation and position setup in Workday, particularly during system contingencies (SAP unavailability)
Coordinate payroll bank account updates, and employee documentation.
Manage logistics for employee onboarding, including ID issuance, SIM card requests, and other e-service tickets relevant to onboarding of new hire.
Maintain and update Workday details and employee job records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
