Job Description
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree, preferably Business Administration or Psychology graduate.
- At least 5 years of working experience in supervisory capacity in HR.
- High degree of initiative and sense of responsibility.
- Strong personality to form effective working relationship with people at all levels.
- In-depth knowledge in general affairs admin services, HR Labor relation, Payroll and employees benefits.
- Knowledge in processing documentation within SBMA.
- Strong communication, public relations and interpersonal skills.
