Overview

Opportunity for a hands-on, people-centric HR Manager to support Johor operations. Play a key role in delivering end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle while ensuring compliance with Malaysian labour laws. Act as a trusted HR advisor to site leadership and collaborate with APAC HR Operations to drive consistent HR practices.

What You Will Be Doing

• Oversee payroll review to ensure accuracy and compliance with statutory and internal requirements
• Provide guidance on Malaysian labour laws, HR policies, and best practices
• Lead and support internal and external HR audits and manage foreign worker administration
• Partner with hiring managers on recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
• Conduct HR orientation and ensure smooth onboarding experiences for new employees
