Department : Human Resources & Administration Reporting To Director / Plant Head Location : Ambala (05 Kms from Baldev Nagar, Ambala City). Purpose of the PositionTo lead and manage all Human Resource and Administrative functions of the foundry and CNC machine shop by ensuring effective manpower planning, recruitment, statutory compliance, employee engagement, performance management, industrial relations, training, and implementation of HR policies that support organizational objectives.
