Human Resources Intern
As a Human Resources Intern, you will support projects related to the management, organization, and maintenance of personnel records, contributing to the optimization of internal HR processes while providing employee assistance with a focus on continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Assist in projects involving digitization, organization, and control of employee records.
- Support the improvement and standardization of HR processes and documentation.
- Generate reports and tracking indicators to monitor compliance and progress.
- Provide support to employees: resolve inquiries, update information, and follow up on requests.
Qualifications
- Proactive, organized, and project-oriented mindset.
- Advanced English proficiency.
