Job Description
Our client in Rocky View County is a global leader in engineering, repair, and logistics services for the communications industry, and they are actively seeking a new Human Resources Generalist to join their team!
This position features:
Pay rate- $25 an hour
Hours: 8:30am to 5pm
Please note this is a 1-year contract with potential for hire on.
Responsibilities:
ā¢Support all stages of the employee lifecycle (onboarding through offboarding)
ā¢ Ensure compliance with employment legislation, including the Employment Standards Act (ESA)
ā¢ Coordinate onboarding and training processes
ā¢ Prepare and process Records of Employment (ROEs)
ā¢ Manage HR filing and documentation
ā¢ Assist with Short-Term Disability (STD) applications
ā¢ Complete and submit reports to benefits providers
ā¢ Provide administrative HR support
ā¢ Assist with light recruitment activities as needed
