Job Description- Handle end-to-end work pass applications, including submission, follow-ups, renewals, and compliance with MOM regulations
- Manage recruitment functions including onboarding and offboarding
- Oversee staff dormitory operations, including room allocation and facility maintenance
- Administer employee leave records and ensure accurate, timely updates in HR systems
- Support daily HR operations such as documentation, reporting, and employee queries
- Assist in organizing staff welfare initiatives and company engagement activities
- Perform other HR-related duties and assignments as required by management
