Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume talent acquisition, performance management, operations and employee engagement
• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process including work pass application
• Work Pass renewal and management
• Attend to employees and management on HR-related issues

Requirements

• At least 1 year of related experience in HR
• Diploma/degree in Human Resource Management or Related Certification
