HR Operations Executive – Australian BPO (Female Candidates Only) Company: Mavell Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Location: Sector V, Salt Lake, Kolkata Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹16,000 per month Key Responsibilities - End-to-end recruitment and hiring Candidate sourcing and interview coordination Employee onboarding and induction HR documentation and employee file management Attendance and leave management Payroll coordination and salary processing support Employee relations and grievance handling Performance management support Exit formalities and full & final settlement Maintaining HR records and MIS Ensuring compliance with HR policies Handling day-to-day HR operations Requirements - Graduate (MBA/HR preferred) Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office Strong organizational and multitasking skills Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
